About Sonia
With background in both the philanthropic and nonprofit sectors, I bring strategy development, program planning, organizational development, adaptive leadership, leading and managing change, and research and evaluation expertise together to transform communities. I help organizations deepen their impact through collaborative visioning, design, planning, implementation and assessment. My work is guided by a commitment to equity and a belief that the best solutions are the result of collaborative effort, a commitment to listening and learning, and an openness to creativity and new ideas.
